Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, unaltered blankets in clean condition for a full product refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of the package confirmed delivered to the recipient.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.  

If a package is denied, refused, or undeliverable based on the address provided to the seller at checkout, the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees charged to the seller. 

During these 14 days, it is the buyer's responsibility to please thoroughly inspect the blanket for possible defects or damage.  Thank you for your understanding.

2nd Weaves and items clearly marked as final sale, are final sale. 

How should I ship my return?

1. Shoot a quick email to us: Include your order number and let us know which item you would like to return or exchange. If there was a defect or something wrong with your order, please let us know.

2. You can attach your own label (with tracking) OR request a return label from us to be taped to your package. If you are using our return shipping label, be sure to ship through the United States Post Office (USPS). We cannot be held responsible for lost returned packages or packages that do not arrive in time for the return policy to be valid.

3. If you use our label, the cost for return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. We never add extra fees for shipping and we always select the most economically priced returns. We do not refund for shipping costs paid. Thank you!

Please understand that due to the handmade nature of our blankets, some "character imperfections" may be present.  We embrace these differences as unique characteristics as they are genuinely handmade.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged if blankets are received passed the 14 day deadline (within 15-30 days after received).

All international orders are final sale, RETAIL AND WHOLESALE

Due to international policy, we cannot refund for blankets that have been attempted delivered and left unclaimed or returned.  Please be sure to verify you have entered the correct address and be available if contacted to by the customs office to claim your package. Thank you.
