Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to accept returns on blankets that are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in clean condition.


Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to ship your return with tracking. This means your package must be postmarked within 14 days of when you received it.

Please ship your return as soon as possible to avoid any issues with late returns.

We must receive your returned item within 30 days of delivery to process your refund. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

If your return is shipped after the 14-day window but arrives within 15–30 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply.


How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@tribeandtrue.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

  • You may use your own return label (with tracking) or request a prepaid return label from us.

  • If you use our return label, please ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Note: If using our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Restocking Fees

  • Returns within 14 days of delivery: 10% restocking fee

  • Returns received between 15–30 days after delivery: 25% restocking fee

  • Returns after 30 days: Not accepted


Exchanges

To simplify our process, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you'd like a different item, you're welcome to return your original purchase (subject to the above terms), and place a new order once your return is processed.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • 2nd Weaves

  • Items clearly marked "Final Sale"

  • Jewelry and Rugs

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is denied, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.


Handmade Disclaimer

Due to the handmade nature of our blankets, small variations or character imperfections may be present. These are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece truly special.


International Orders

All international orders are final sale, including both retail and wholesale purchases.

We cannot offer refunds for packages that are:

  • Marked as attempted delivery but left unclaimed

  • Returned to sender due to address issues or lack of response

Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
